Each traveler will have a benefit of $1,000 toward baggage and personal effects loss or theft and $500 for a baggage delay of 12 hours or more.
The Silver Plan and Medical Issues
During your trip, if you face an unforeseen emergency accident or sickness medical expense, you’ll have a $0 deductible and coverage of $100,000 per person with the Silver plan. An emergency medical evacuation and medically necessary repatriation provide you coverage of $500,000 per person. You are also covered for pre-existing conditions, which is based on a 60 day look back if the insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial trip payment and certain conditions are met. In the case of accidental death and dismemberment, your coverage allows for the principal sum of $100,000 per person.
